Seller’s Love Letter
11700 Arrow Point DriveAs we reminisce about our years at this waterfront haven on Bainbridge Island, I'm flooded with memories, each one a testament to the beauty this property has to offer.
From the moment we first laid eyes on this sanctuary, nestled amidst the majestic trees and tranquil waters, we knew we had found our slice of paradise. Like a modern-day Walden Pond, it became our refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life, a place where nature takes center stage. We will miss the time spent by the water, watching the kaleidoscope of boats making their way into the bay.
A short walk to Battle Point Park, where we'd lose ourselves in the winding trails or watch a game of tennis or pickleball. The vast network of Grand Forest trails awaited across the street, offering endless opportunities.
But it was the wildlife that truly stole our hearts. From the graceful deer that roamed the woods to the majestic eagles soaring overhead. We enjoyed the entertainment of playful seals, owls hooting, and the rhythmic tapping of woodpeckers, each adding their own unique charm. We will miss the quiet moments watching the sun set over the bay from our kayak or warming up by the crackling fire after time on the water.
Our excursions to Poulsbo will be missed, a charming town just a boat trip away, where we'd spend hours exploring quaint shops and enjoying delicious meals overlooking the water.
As we prepare to pass the torch to the next lucky owner, we do so full of gratitude for the memories this home has given us. May it bring you as much joy, adventure, and serenity as it has brought us.
