Dear Home Buyer,
Eleven years ago, we were searching for our first house in Sammamish. When we found this home, we knew this was meant to be our home and we never looked back. We saw ourselves indulging in the little luxuries this house had to offer. As we made it our home, this house never stopped giving. The open landing, light-filled windows, large backyard, finished sport court, and front yard were just the beginning.
Both of our kids were born here. As a growing family, we admired the open and circular flow of the house. The larger guest bedrooms helped us host families comfortably. The largest guest bedroom eventually became the kids’ bedroom where they were happily able to keep everything they needed for school, projects, music, drawing etc. Ample storage space kept all our clutter hidden!
Summers were full of backyard gatherings and the kids spent most of the day in the backyard while eating delicious pears off the tree. Lilacs in summer added to the beauty.
Fall brought all the mesmerizing colors to both the front and backyard. We cherished the beautiful roses in the front while the Japanese maple tree shined bright red in the backyard.
Warm and helping neighbors made it feel super safe for us raising our kids. We were pleasantly surprised when we learned that the best elementary school around is easily walkable from the house.
We fell in love with this house all over again when we began with our remodel three years ago. We built such great memories in the house, and we will certainly miss the neighborhood and the wonderful friendships we developed over the years.
This home brought us prosperity and so much happiness, and we wish the same for the next owners!
